VIETNAMESE SAUCE FOR FRESH SPRING ROLLS 1/2 cup hoisin sauce 1 tblsp Asian chili sauce (to taste) 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped fine Place hoisin sauce in a shallow bowl. Place the spoonful of chili sauce in the center. Sprinkle peanuts around the edge.
