Spicy India Mayonnaise

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon curry powder or 1 tablespoon marsala mix
1 teaspoon chili powder, optional 

Mix everything together in a small bowl. You can adjust the amount
of curry powder or marsala mix to your taste.

The curry powder has turmeric, which gives it the yellow color.
The marsala mix does not have turmeric. It will give it a brownish
color.  Use like other condiments and spread on buns and breads.
