Sherry Foam Sauce 1 egg white 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 egg yolk 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped 1 Tbsp. Sherry wine Beat egg white stiff. Beat in sugar, cinnamon and egg yolk. Fold in whipped cream and sherry. Serve over gingerbread. Printable version: sherry-foam.txt.
