RASPBERRY MAYONNAISE 2 whole eggs 2 egg yolks 1 tbs dijon mustard salt and pepper 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar 2 cups vegetable oil Place all ingredients (except oil) in a blender and process with motor running. slowly add oil and process until mixture thickens. makes 3 cups or so mayo.
