HOT PEANUT FUDGE SAUCE (Makes about 2 cups) 1 pkg (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate morsels 3/4 cup evaporated milk (not sweetened) 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup marshmallow creme 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a saucepan over very low heat. Add evaporated milk, peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Beat until thoroughly combined. Ladle warm sauce over ice cream; garnish with peanuts. Printable version: peanut-fudge.txt.
