Vietnamese fish sauce 1 tbs. fish sauce 1 tbs. sugar 1/2 tbs. lemon juice 3 tbs. water Mix all together. You can add one small sliced clove of garlic and a "pinch" of hot red pepper (w/seeds) in order to add some spice to the recipe.
