Michigan (Hot Dog) Sauce 2 lbs ground beef 1 can V-8 juice (8-12 oz) 1/2 cup ketsup 1 to 2 tablespoons dry mustard 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon pepper 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp minced garlic Cook together, the longer the better. I usually add some water to it if it dries out too fast to keep it moist. Printable version: michigan.txt.
