Lime Butter 1/4 c. butter 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 2 tbsps. lime juice dash cayenne Cream butter and add remaining ingredients. Lay on wax paper and form a roll. Seal both ends and freeze till ready to use. Slice and serve with steak, fish or vegetables, such as asparagus, cabbage, carrots or green beans. Makes about 1/4 c. May be doubled or tripled.
