Kebab Sauce Yield: 5 Servings 1 large onion, minced 1 cm slice ginger, pounded 5 stalks fresh mint, pounded 1 fresh green chilli, pounded 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice salt to taste Mix all ingredients in a bowl, or place in a food processor and blend into a sauce. Store in the refrigerator until needed and serve with Kebabs. For hotter sauce, add up to 4 chillies. Printable version: kebab01.txt.
