Honey Chocolate Sauce

3 1/2 ounces bar Cadbury's bournville chocolate
2 2/3 tablespoons honey
2 2/3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 3/4 ounces unsalted butter
1 1/3 tablespoons cornflour
1/2 cup water

Break the chocolate into a pan, then stir in all the other ingredients
over a gentle heat until mixed together.

Bring to the boil stirring continuously and boil for a minute.
Serve immediately.
