Hazelnut Butter 1 stick sweet butter, softened 1/3-1/2 c toasted and ground hazelnuts splash cognac In a small bowl, combine the butter and the ground nuts. Mix them very well and flavor with cognac. Roll into a log on waxed paper. Store tightly covered until ready to use. Printable version: hazelnut-butter.txt.
