Brandy Hard Sauce 1/4 cup butter 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar 1 tablespoon brandy 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract In small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat butter till light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar, brandy and vanilla until creamy. Refridgerate. (makes 1/2 cup) Printable version: hard01.txt.
