Gremolata 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon minced garlic (or to taste) 1 Tablespoon finely grated lemon zest Combine all ingredients and sprinkle on broiled fish about 5 minutes before it is done, or spread a bit on an omelet before adding the filling and folding. Mix it with mayonnaise for a sandwich spread or serve as a topping for baked potato. Printable version: gremolata01.txt.
