Garlic Butter Sauce

1 lb butter, whipped until light in colour
2 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
2 tsp. salt
 
When the butter is whipped, add the remaining ingredients and whip
until all is incorporated.

Melt the butter over extremely low heat.  Pour over soft warm bread.
