Dutch "Honey" Sauce 1 pint heavy cream 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon brandy Heat cream in saucepan over med low heat and dissolve in sugar. Add brandy (or similar flavoring) and steam off alcohol. Printable version: dutch.txt.
