Coney Island Sauce

1 lb ground beef
19 oz can tomatoes 
19 oz can water   
1/2 tsp paprika    
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp HP (steak) Sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
3 cloves finely minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Brown ground beef.  Add and mix remaining ingredients.  Bring to
boil and simmer one hour.  Lastly add 3/4 cup finely ground bread
crumbs and 1/2 c white vinegar.  Enjoy on hot dogs.
