Chocolate Rum Sauce 1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 pint heavy cream 1/4 cup rum or 1 tablespoon rum flavoring Melt the chocolate chips over a low heat. Add in the heavy cream and rum. This is excellent when drizzled warm over ice cream!
