BRANDIED APRICOT SAUCE 1/2 chopped dried apricots 1 1/4 cups water 2 Tbs castor sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp brandy Combine apricots, water, sugar and cinnamon in a pan, simmer, covered, about 5 minutes or until apricots are soft, cool. Blend or process apricot mixture with the brandy until smooth. Printable version: brandied-apricot.txt.
