Black Bean Relish 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 medium tomato, finely chopped 1/2 cup chopped red pepper 1/4 cup chopped red onion 4 oz can or jar chopped green chilies 2 Tbsp vinegar 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir to blend. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
