Apricot Glaze 1 1/2 cups water 1 cup dried apricots 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon ginger, ground Cut apricots in small pieces. Bring all ingredients to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 min. Put into blender and blend until smooth. NOTE: Good on Pork, Ribs, Chicken. Printable version: apricot-glaze.txt.
