Cheesy Broccoli & Chicken Sandwich
Yield: 4

10 oz pkg frozen broccoli with cheese sauce
4 slices bread (may be toasted)
4 teaspoons yellow mustard
4 oz boneless cooked, thinly sliced, chicken breast
1 tomato, thinly sliced
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked

In a medium saucepan, cook broccoli according to package directions.
Meanwhile, spread mustard on one side of bread.  Arrange chicken,
tomato & bacon on bread.  Spoon broccoli with cheese sauce over
the top of each sandwich.
