Basic Red Salsa 700 ml chopped tomato, fresh or canned 5 or 6 chopped green onions 150 ml can hot green chillies, or fresh 25 sprigs cilantro, chopped 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder Chop and mix all this together. add enough water till all covered. If you are using canned tomatoes, use the juce form the can also. Printable version: red01.txt.
