Orange-Chipotle Salsa 6 oranges, peeled, seeded, cut into segments 1 chipotle, julienned thinly ground chipotle to taste 1 teaspoon minced chives Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill. Serve with shellfish, or roasted or smoked meats.
