Mango Peach Salsa 1/2 of a red bell pepper 1/2 of a green bell pepper 1 small yellow onion 2 green onions, white and all of the green 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded 1 medium mango 2 ripe peaches Papaya, optional about 1-2 Tbsp soy sauce about 2 Tbsp white corn syrup Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup pineapple juice (or use orange, mango, pineapple, peach or comb) Dice Fruits and vegetables very small. Mix the sauce, set aside. Place all of the vegetables and fruit in a glass bowl, add the sauce and mix lightly. Refrigerate until ready to use. This is also good with jerk chicken and grilled pork.
