CITRUS-PINEAPPLE SALSA 1 red grapefruit peeled, pith removed, sectioned and chopped 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 orange, peeled and chopped 8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained 2 green onions, thinly sliced 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped 1 tb chopped fresh cilantro 1 ts ground cumin 2 tb fresh lime juice In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Yields 4 servings.
