New Potato and Tuna Salad Serving Size : 4 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped 1 can white tuna in oil, drained salt and pepper, to taste Boil potatoes in lightly salted water until done. Drain and cool. Cut into halves or quarters. Pour on the olive oil and toss gently. Add remaining ingredients and toss again. Printable version: tuna01.txt.
