Insalata Di Patate Con Tonno Serving Size : 3 2 medium potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled, and sliced 2 scallions, coarsely chopped 7 oz tuna in oil, olive oil 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 12 oil-cured black ripe olives, pitted and chopped salt and pepper Toss everything together.
