Tangerine Chutney 4 tangerines 1/2 apple 1/2 pear 1/2 cup white vinegar 1 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups fresh cranberries 1/2 cup white raisins 1/4 t chopped ginger 1/4 t chopped crystallized ginger 1/2 t cinnamon 1T curry powder 1/2 cup orange marmalade, homemade 1 t ground cloves Peel, seed and chop fruit. Combine all in heavy pan and bring o boil on med. Pour into 1/2 pt jars, seal and process (I pressure can). Printable version: tangerine-chutney.txt.
