Sauerkraut Relish

Sauerkraut Relish
 
3 cans sauerkraut (27 oz each)
2 c sugar
1 c honey
1 1/2 c salad oil
3 T caraway seed
1 T salt
1/2 c pickled sweet red pepper, minced

Combine all ingredients, except pepper, and simmer 2 hours.  Stir
occasionally to prevent sticking.  Stir in pepper, pour into hot
sterilized jars and seal.  Makes about 4 pints.
