Quince Honey 5 cups chopped quince 4 cups sugar 2 T lemon juice Wash (discard core and all gritty parts) pare, finely chop and measure quince. Add sugar, lemon juice, 4 cups water to quince. Boil almost to jellying point/ Pour boiling hot into jar. Seal. (BWB 5 minutes) Printable version: quince-honey.txt.
