Pomegranate Jelly

12 underripe pomegranates
sugar

Place the pomegranates in a covered earthenware vessel.  Bake in
a preheated 200 degree F oven for at least one hour, or until they
become quite pulpy and the juice flows freely.  Strain without any
pressure through a jelly bag.

Measure the juice, boil it up ,and add 1 cup of sugar for each cp
of juice.  When the sugar has dissolved, boil up for a few minutes
until the jelly will set.  Bottle, seal, etc.
