PECAN JAM 4 c finely chopped pecans 4 c sugar pinch salt 4 T ground ginger 4 T brown sugar 2 sticks butter 4 T apple cider vinegar 1 T cinnamon (if desired) Put in a pan large enough to hold all ingredients and allow for stirring. Heat in open pan until all ingredients blend and turn a rich, golden color. Can be canned in a hot water bath for 15 minutes. Printable version: pecan-jam.txt.
