Pear Spread 4 c pears, peeled, cored, sliced 1 lemon, unpeeled, thinly sliced 1 1.2 C sugar 1/2 C honey 1 tsp snipped fresh rosemary Boil everything except rosemary until sugar dissolves then for 20 minutes. Stir in rosemary. Put in jars. Process in BWB for 10 minutes. makes 3 1/2 pints. Printable version: pear-spread.txt.
