Pear Amber Marmelade 12 pears - peeled, cored and diced 2 oranges - grind them up 1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained Meaure fruit. Add 3/4 cup sugar for each cup. Cook slow, stir often thill thick. Ladel into clean hot jars. 1/4" headspace. Seal. BWB 5 minutes. Printable version: pear-marmalade02.txt.
