Lemon flavoured salt

If you want a delicious lemon flavoured salt for cooking and for
seasoning your vinaigrettes, try this:

With a thick skewer, pierce 5 lemons all over. Put them in a large
neck glass container and cover with coarse salt. Seal tightly and
leave to flavour for a couple of month in  dark, fresh, cool place.
