Lavender Vinegar 1 bottle white wine vinegar (16oz) 4 oz lavender buds (preferably fresh) 32 oz jar or wide mouth bottle with plastic or glass top Lightly pack lavender into jar. Add vinegar. Cap. Place in sunny window for 3-4 weeks. Shake jar every 3-4 days. Strain out lavender. Place vinegar in plastic, cork or glass stoppered bottle. Printable version: lavender-vinegar.txt.
