Kiwifruit Sauce
 
1.5 kg over ripe kiwifruit
2 c white sugar
2 c white vinegar
1/2 tsp chilli powder  (I use the minced chilli that we get in jars)
1 tsp whole cloves
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tab crushed garlic

Peel the kiwifruit and process in food processor or mash.  Add all
other ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour.  Sieve and bottle,
Delicious on grilled fish or chicken.
