Kiwifruit and Ginger Chutney 500 gm firm kiwifruit 2 apples 2 onions chopped 3 cloves garlic 1/2 c raisins 1/2 c brown sugar 1 c vinegar 1 tsp cinnamon pinch cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons crystallised ginger Place all ingredients except kiwifruit and apples into a saucepan and simmer 30 minutes, add peeled and chopped fruit and simmer about another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
