Kiwifruit Chutney 1 kilogram kiwifruit 2 bananas 3 onions zest of 1 lemon juice of 3 lemons 1 cup raisins 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 3 tablespoons crystallised ginger 2 teaspoons salt 1 cup white vinegar Peel and slice the kiwifruit, chop the onions and bananas. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and boil gently for about 1 hour until soft and thick. Stir frequently, cool, spoon into sterilised jars and seal. Printable version: kiwifruit-chutney02.txt.
