Key Lime Jelly 1 cup key lime juice, strained 2 cup water 4 2/3 cup sugar 5 oz. liquid pectin Combine juice, water and sugar in large kettle and bring to boil. Add pectin and bring back to boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim top. Ladle into hot sterile jars and seal. Printable version: key-lime-jelly.txt.
