HOT MUSTARD Makes 1 2/3 cups. 1 1/3 cups dry mustard 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup wine vinegar 1/2 cup water Combine all ingredients; blend well. Keep refrigerated. Printable version: hot-mustard04.txt.
