HONEY MUSTARD Yield: 1 1/4 cups 1 cup mustard powder 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup honey 1 clove garlic or to taste 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper Mix together in a food processor or blender, then let age a couple of weeks. Printable version: honey-mustard08.txt.
