Canned grapefruit sections Wash fruit and pare, removing white membrane as you go. Slip a very sharp thin bladed knife between the dividing skin and pulp of each section and life the section without breaking. Remove any seeds. Raw pack into clean hot jars with 1/2" headroom. Add boiling thin syrup leaving 1/2" of headroom. Process in BWB for 10 minutes pints or quarts. Printable version: grapefruit-sections.txt.
