Gooseberry Jam 4 cups ground gooseberries 6 cups sugar 1 pouch Certo brand liquid pectin (OK, so I used Ball brand) Follow the instructions for making cooked jam using Certo. Yield was 6 half pint jars and two 4-oz jars. Printable version: gooseberry-jam04.txt.
