Ginger Quince Jam 4 lbs quinces 8 cups sugar 1/2 lb crystallized ginger 2 lemons Wash, pare and core quinces. Chop in fine pieces add sugar, ginger and juice and grated rind of lemon. Cook until thick. Pour into hot sterilized jar. (BWB 5 minutes) Printable version: ginger-quince-jam.txt.
