Ginger marmalade Make a syrup with two pounds of sugar and one pint and a half of water. When it is boiling fast, add half a teaspoonful of ground ginger, and one pound of crystallised ginger cut up very small; boil till the marmalade will set. Printable version: ginger-marmalade03.txt.
