Rhubarb, Strawberry, Orange, Cranberry Conserve
 
1 cup seeded and chopped orange (about 1 large)
1 cup water
3 cups 1/4-inch sliced rhubarb
3 cups crushed strawberries
1 cup dried cranberries
5 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Combine chopped orange and 1 cup water and cood until peel is
tender. Add remaining ingredients. Boil until mixture begins to
thicken. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust
caps. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath. Makes about 7 half
pints.
