Recipe Archives->Preserving->Freezing Corn
Freezing Corn 10 cups corn (cut off cob) 2/3 cup sugar 3 cups water 3 tsp coarse salt Boil 10 minutes. Let cool. Pack in plastic bags (Ziplock sandwich work well). Let cool close to room temperature and freeze. Makes 4 baggies of 2 Cups each. Printable version: freezing-corn.txt.
