Cranberry Syrup high bush cranberries sugar Wash berries, cover with water and bring to a boil. Let them simmer for about an hour. Put through a sieve. For each cup of juice, add a cup of sugar and bring it to a boil. Use on pancakes, etc. To make jelly, just let it boil to the right stage. Printable version: cranberry-syrup.txt.
