Chili Sauce Yield: 6 Pints 6 qt tomatoes 3 md onions 4 tb salt 4 c white sugar 1/2 ts cayenne 1/2 ts black pepper 1 1/2 ts cinnamon 1 c vinegar Skin tomatoes. Put everything in a large kettle and boil until thick, stirring often. Adjust seasonings by adding sugar or vinegar to taste. Put in sterilized jars and seal. Printable version: chili-sauce05.txt.
